PHOENIX ALEXANDREA
COSTUME DESIGNER

Phoenix is a passionate story teller with a focus on fashion and costumes as a medium. After spending 6 years in bridal styling, she was inspired to return to school to develop as a fashion designer however found herself frustrated with the environmental affects of the industry as it stands. To better align with her beliefs, Phoenix pivoted into costume design and education in an effort to minimize the carbon footprint of the fashion industry. Since 2022, she has worked on various short film, feature, corporate, commercial and theater projects where she continues to learn and refine her craft as a designer- under the direction and guidance of Maggie Whitaker, Madeline Berger, and Ashley Renee. She also spends time assisting in the facilitation and development of events and educational workshops provided by Bay Wardrobe Collective. As a mom to a 6yo and kitten, Phoenix enjoys spending her free time with them and exploring other creative mediums such as screen writing, dance, singing. She also hosts/ produces a podcast called "ImagineNation" that will be released in fall 2025.
